We support JPEG, PNG and HEIC (on iOS and MacOS only) files no more than 100 MB.
You can upload JPEG photos (files ending in jpg. and .jpeg) or HEIC photo-files with a size that goes from 20 kB to 100 MB and PNG photos (between 40 kB and 100 MB in size) using all devices and upload methods.
Please note that your photo file must be in the sRGB colourspace, as other colourspaces such as aRGB and CMYK will be printed differently. The image dimension can also not exceed 90 million pixels. To check the file type, size, color representation and dimension of your photo, right click on the photo on your computer and select "Properties", then "Details" if you're using a PC, or CTRL-click if you are using a Mac.
Unfortunately we are unable to print from a film roll. If you have prints you would like to order more copies of, please scan your photos so that they are saved as JPEG or PNG photos on your computer before uploading them.
