What happens to my creations if I don't order before June 3rd 2024?
After June 2nd 2024, all your creations will unfortunately be lost as the Photobox Australia site closes. We will be deleting all customer data on June 3rd 2024. In accordance with our previous privacy policy, we had stated that we would retain all customer photos for a period of 3 years. However, due to the upcoming closure of our site, we have made the decision to revise this policy. Effective immediately, we will no longer be retaining customer photos for the previously stated period. Instead, all customer data, including photos, will be securely and permanently deleted from our servers in compliance with data protection regulations.
What happens to my uploaded photos that I have stored on PBX account?
Unfortunately, all photos uploaded to your Photobox Australia account will be lost after June 2nd 2024. Our cloud storage platform will be closed and all customer data will be deleted for your privacy.

What happens to my credits?
We strongly advise you to use any credit on or before June 2nd 2024. All credits that are not used before then will be no longer valuable. So we strongly recommend you please use all credit on your account by the expiration date.

How do I get an overview of outstanding credits?
If you are unsure how much credit you have on your PBX account, please log into your account and select "my account" and then "my credits". We strongly advise you to use these before June 2nd 2024. All credits that are not used before June 3rd 2024 will be no longer valuable.
Where can I download my photos?
If you log into your Photobox account before June 3rd 2024, select "My account" and then "My albums", you will see all the photos you have previously uploaded. Click into any album and then select the photo you would like to download. Once you are viewing the photo you can click on the photo again to open it in it's original size then right click and select "Save image as".
