Why will I not be able to access my creations after July 2nd 2024?
We are making upgrades to our creation experience on July 2nd 2024, this includes a technical upgrade to our editors. This technical upgrade to our editors will deliver an improved creation experience, but means you will not be able to re-print old projects after July 2nd 2024. You can request a digital copy of any past purchased photo book and calendar creations directly from your account. It’s important to be aware that you won't be able to access them after the end of June.
How do I download my previous purchased photobook or calendar creations as a PDF?
To download your past creations as a PDF file you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to My account and log in
2. Under 'My account', choose 'Download my creations'
3. Use the checkboxes to select the eligible creations that you would like to save in PDF format
4. When you have made your selection, click 'Request downloads'
5. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email containing a link to download your creations. This may take up to 24 hours.
6. When you have received the email, click the download link to save the creations to your device. The download link will expire 7 days after receiving the email. Your download will be received as a ZIP file.
Once your ZIP file is downloaded:
7. To open and view your PDF file you can follow the steps below for the device you are using:
- On Windows, double-click a ZIP file, then click “Extract All” in File Explorer.
- On Mac, double-click a ZIP file to extract it to the same folder location.
- On iPhone, find the ZIP file in the Files app and tap it to extract the contents.
- On Android, find the ZIP file in the Files by Google app. Then tap the file and select “Extract.”

What happens after 2nd July 2024?
After the upgrade on 2nd July 2024, you won’t have access to the past creations you made on our website, so please make sure you download these digital copies within seven days or you’ll need to request them again via your account.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure the availability of your PDF creations, we cannot guarantee that all downloads will be successful at all times. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
How do I download my previous creations as a PDF if I used the mobile app?
The upgrade includes updates to our mobile app. Please finish any open creations by July 1st 2024, otherwise they will be lost. For this upgrade, we will release a new app. So from July 2nd 2024, the existing app will no longer work and we will ask you to download a new app to replace it.
